Jacob had a passion for life and a smile that lit up the room  His love and loyalty to God, his family and friends was who he was.  He was an inspiration to everyone that met him.  It was evident in his everyday life how deeply he cared for others.  Our hope is that others will strive to be more like Jacob, a difference maker, kind and loving.
